Integrity and Compliance Policy

AI and Quantum International Hub (AIQUAINT)

AI and Quantum International Hub (AIQUAINT) (‘AIQUAINT’) is committed to conducting its operations with the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and legal compliance. This policy sets out our core principles and the standards we expect from our employees, contractors, partners, and all those who act on our behalf.

  1. Our Commitment

At AIQUAINT, integrity is not simply a policy — it is foundational to who we are. We believe that sustainable success depends on ethical behaviour, transparent operations, and respect for the rule of law in every jurisdiction in which we operate. We expect all personnel and associated parties to uphold these values at all times.

  1. Anti-Bribery and Corruption

AIQUAINT has a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption in all its forms. We comply with applicable anti-bribery laws including, but not limited to, the UAE Federal Decree-Law on Combating Bribery, the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

All personnel must:

  • Never offer, promise, give, request, or accept any bribe, kickback, or improper payment.
  • Ensure that all gifts, hospitality, and expenses are reasonable, proportionate, and properly documented.
  • Conduct adequate due diligence on third-party agents, partners, and intermediaries.
  • Promptly report any suspected bribery or corrupt conduct via our reporting channels.
  1. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Compliance

AIQUAINT does not tolerate money laundering or the financing of illegal activities. We comply with applicable AML laws and international sanctions regimes. All business relationships are subject to appropriate know-your-customer (KYC) and due diligence procedures. We screen customers, suppliers, and business partners against applicable sanctions lists.

  1. Export Controls and Technology Transfer

Given the advanced nature of our quantum and AI technologies, AIQUAINT takes export controls and technology transfer regulations extremely seriously. We comply with applicable export control regimes including UAE laws, EU regulations, and US Export Administration Regulations (EAR). No technology, software, or technical data shall be transferred to any party without appropriate authorisation and in compliance with applicable controls.

  1. Conflicts of Interest

All personnel are required to avoid situations in which personal interests conflict, or may appear to conflict, with the interests of AIQUAINT. All actual or potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed promptly to line management and the Compliance function. Undisclosed conflicts of interest may result in disciplinary action.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Personnel are required to safeguard confidential information and personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), GDPR where applicable, and AIQUAINT’s internal data governance policies. Unauthorised disclosure of confidential information is prohibited.

  1. Fair Competition

AIQUAINT competes fairly and in accordance with applicable competition and antitrust laws. We do not engage in anti-competitive practices, including price-fixing, market allocation, bid-rigging, or abuse of a dominant market position. Personnel must not discuss commercially sensitive matters such as pricing or market strategy with competitors.

  1. Responsible Use of Technology

As a leader in quantum computing and artificial intelligence, AIQUAINT acknowledges the responsibility that accompanies the development and deployment of advanced technologies. We are committed to the responsible, ethical, and human-centred development of our technology. We adhere to applicable standards and frameworks for AI ethics and safety, and take steps to ensure our innovations are used for beneficial purposes.

  1. Reporting Concerns (Whistleblowing)

AIQUAINT encourages the reporting of suspected non-compliance, unethical behaviour, or legal violations. Reports may be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation through our designated Compliance hotline or by contacting:

Email: contact@aiquainthub.com
Address: AI and Quantum International Hub (AIQUAINT), United Arab Emirates

We investigate all reports promptly and in good faith. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited and may itself be a disciplinary offence.

  1. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or business relationship, as well as potential civil or criminal liability. AIQUAINT reserves the right to refer matters to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

  1. Policy Governance

This policy is owned by the Chief Compliance Officer and is reviewed annually or following significant changes in applicable law or business operations. Training on this policy is mandatory for all personnel and key third parties.
